A “must-have” and every event. Cooked up sweet-n-smokey. We use three types of beans, peppers, onions, and maple bacon, slow-cooked for over 4 hours in our pit smoker.

Elbow pasta, cooked al dente and tossed with diced vegetables, Hellman's mayonnaise, herbs, and seasonings.

Made from an old family recipe. This creamy potato salad is served ice-cold.

Our own smokey twist on the classic caesar, with homemade croutons and topped with grated parmesan.
